If you have a question or an issue, we promise to respond to you that same business day, or the next at the latest, without fail.
Piquarium Warranty
Our Complete Satisfaction warranty will have you covered. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your Piquarium, ship it back to us within 30 days, in its original packaging, and we’ll refund every dollar of your purchase price promptly! Also, all Piquarium tanks are guaranteed against leakage for 10 years.
Note: As of August 2023, over 6,200 Piquariums have found homes and we haven’t had one return. Seriously. We’re very proud of this!
The three main components of Piquariums are the cabinet, tank and frame. We warranty these components for 10 years, so if your tank leaks or a frame warps (both highly unlikely), we’ll replace it.
